Grain and oil wastewater treatment
It is a grain and oil factory in Hebei Province. In 2014, we built a new anaerobic reactor-IC for the factory.
Its daily wastewater is 800 m3, influent COD 8,000 mg/L, anaerobic reactor effluent COD 600~800 mg/L.
The removal rate is between 90 ~ 93 %.
Compared with its previous anaerobic reactor, we increased its removal rate by 5-10% and reduced its alkali consumption by as much as 80%.
